In our daily activities we need to speed up most of the tasks and the provisioning of HDInsight Hadoop clusters can be one of them. Not only provisioning the Hadoop cluster but also delete it when it is not needed.
We developed a small script that runs on top of Bash and uses Azure CLI for the job. The script is open source and available for anyone to use or improve.
Get it here on our github repository. It is called redinsight.sh 🙂
Also, we publish a video to demo the use of the script.
